GAME PRESERVED IN OLIVE OIL


The product is made up of two Essentials ingredients: meat and extra virgin olive oil, with no other type of preservatives or coulourings, as it is 100% natural.

Meat sterilised in extra olive oil is a new product compared to the preserved meat usually found in the market, which is steralised in water. This new procedure is being patented By Maita and Edulis under number 200102605.

By means of a simple process, many easy and quick recipes can be prepared. The olive oil guarantees the flavour of the game meat, which preserves unaltered the aroma and flavour of the mountains.

The sterilisation in olive oil allows perfectly preserving the original organoleptic conditions of the meat, preserving all its aroma and flavour as if it were fresh.

The final cost of the raw material in your game recipes will be greatly reduced, as the contents of the tin is almost double the weight of the fresh and frozen products.

The time needed for the preparation of the dishes is reduced, allowing the preparation of immediate orders.

No industrial cooling system is needed, the storage space is reduced and it has a shelf life of 5 years.
